This GORGEOUS Mooreland Mansion Wedding was every bit of a photographers dream. From the bridal party colors to the beautiful scenery Mooreland Mansion never disappoints. I think this may be my most favorite local venue!
What made the day even better is that I’ve known Jaclyn for a very long time, I graduated with her sister Megan and Jaclyn and my sister went to school together. It’s very special to me to capture wedding for people I’ve know for more than half my life.
The ceremony was held in Mooreland’s nearby rose-garden with a string quartet and so many roses in bloom! To top it all of Jacyln’s diabetic alert dog, Dexter was the ring bearer! Another great thing in this ceremony was a ring warming ceremony, it’s an old Irish tradition where you pass or carry the rings around and wish good fortune or bless the rings for the couple. It was so sweet and unique!
There are also so many incredible spots for photos at the mansion, while I could probably shoot for hours there 45 minutes seems to be the sweet spot for a great amount of bridal portraits. The blue dresses the bridesmaids chose and flowers made for stunning photos and might be my favorite color dress to date, it is classic and clean looking and was a dream to photograph.
This magical evening was full of great toasts, exceptional food & never-ending laughter, as well as a live band to dance the night away.
